Due to ongoing courier delays and the necessity for Cinnabons to be delivered in a timely manner, we've made the difficult decision to pause delivery in NSW and VIC. With the ever-changing COVID-19 environment, safety, as well as fresh and timely delivery, has been difficult to achieve. You can still get your Cinnabon fix at our permanent bakeries at Toombul Shopping Centre, Westfield Garden City, Robina Town Centre or Westfield Southland while we work on sharing the world's favourite cinnamon roll with the rest of Australia.

Are you ready to ROLL with the world’s sweetest brand Melbourne? Cinnabon is opening its first Victorian store at Westfield Southland next Wednesday, March 03.
The US-born brand made an explosive entrance into Brisbane in late 2019, and Melburnians have been relentless in demanding the world-famous ooey-gooey cinnamon rolls come to town ever since.
Cinnabon Australia Franchisor, Richa Goyal, said it has been an onerous task to get the first bakery open in Melbourne with COVID-19 delivering unwanted challenges and setbacks over the past year, so the team is thrilled to finally be able to announce an opening date.
Cinnabon Australia Operations Manager, Lauren Ord, adds that Melbourne Cinnabon fans have been amongst the most vocal in demanding a local Cinnabon bakery.
“Some of our most avid social media fans are in Melbourne so it brings us great relief to finally be able to let them know we’re coming!”
Cinnabon at Westfield Southlands will open with their 3 iconic flavours - Classic Makara Cinnamon Roll, Chocobon and Caramel Pecanbon - in mini and regular sizes. There will also be CinnaPacks of 4 and 9 ‘bons available and you can pre-order them *online.
“To ensure we can cater for as many people as possible on opening day we have packs available to pre-order online and collect between 10am-4pm, and you’ll find us near Coles,” says Ms Ord.
“Pre-orders won’t be straight from the oven so we encourage you to reheat for 15-20 seconds for ooey-gooey deliciousness.”

The rolls taste best warm!
Microwave oven – Preferred Method
- Remove rolls from baking liner.
- Place room temperature rolls on microwave-safe plate (do not cover)
- Use “ High “ Power setting.
- Heat 1 large roll for 30-40 seconds . Add 10 seconds for additional roll
- Heat 1 small roll for 15-20 seconds. Add 4 seconds for each additional roll.
Storage Instructions ::
Short term Storage (1-2 days)
- Store at room temperature in an airtight container.
- Do not Refrigerate.
Long Term Storage ( 3-30 Days)
- Place rolls in a freezer storage bag or tightly wrap
the box (or each individual roll) in plastic wrap. - Store in freezer.
- Allow rolls to thaw completely.

Along with our existing commitment to maintain high-grade cleanliness in our bakeries, we have added further health and safety measures in-store to ensure we can continue to provide you with a safe and enjoyable experience.
These measures include:
- Cleaning high contact surface points more regularly and thoroughly, including sanitising the rolling table after every batch.
- Encouraging card and contactless payments to limit the handling of cash.
- Educating our team members on important prevention measures as specified by the Australian Department of Health.
- Promoting staff wellbeing, and taking extra precautions to ensure our employees are symptom-free and haven’t been exposed to anyone with a known case of COVID-19 or travelled to any of the affected areas.
If you’re feeling uneasy about visiting us in-store, you can still enjoy Cinnabon from the comfort of home via our delivery service, UberEats. Check your app for availability.
As we continue to closely monitor the situation and act on the advice of health authorities, our bakeries, popups and delivery services may operate a little differently, so we appreciate your patience while we take extra precautions.
