Sydney is stopping traffic for a day of fun in Haymarket for #SydneyStreets. Our Darling Square bakery is right in the middle of the action. We will also be putting out a booth out on the street where you can pop by to pick up a Cinnapack to take home. Warm and freshly baked bons and drinks will be available as always from our normal storefront.

We are honored to have been invited to take part in the Royal Sydney Easter Show this year! We will be selling our bons in a pop-up venue at the show from April 6 - 17, 2023. You can get your Early Bird discount ticket here, and don't forget to follow the Show at @sydneyroyal_eastershow.

You've been asking for it and now it's finally here! The first every Cinnabon bakery in Sydney will open on Saturday, January 7th, 2023 at 10am! Drop by early on opening day from 9:30am for a lion dance!
Our first store in New South Wales will be located on the ground floor of Darling Square, 85 Hay Street, Haymarket. Grab a coffee while shopping in the neighborhood, sit and have a roll at our outdoor seating area, or grab a Cinnapack for friends back home.
